2023 Tree Sale

Place orders now until August 18th.
Order pickup will be September 21st and 22nd.

Please note that our pickup location has changed this year and will be at Muncie Sanitary District's new facility at 2121 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Muncie, IN, 47303.

Placing an Order

Please read the following closely and mark your calendars accordingly!!!

• Order Forms with payment are due to our office by Friday, August 18, 2023.
• We accept cash or check only.
• You can mail or bring your order to 

Delaware County SWCD3641 N. Briarwood Ln.
Muncie, IN 47304
Hours: M-F 8a-4p

• We cannot control the inventory at our various nurseries. If an item is out of stock we will gladly refund your money.
• The Delaware County SWCD cannot offer guarantees on any item in our tree sale.
• If you know of a tree, shrub, or flower you would like and don’t see it on here, ask us! We can also get larger sizes if you wish for something a bit older. The prices will change accordingly.
• You do not have to be a Delaware County resident to order trees.

Where do you pick up your order?
OUR PICKUP LOCATION HAS MOVED. All items are to be picked up at Muncie Sanitary District, 2121 N. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Muncie, IN, 47303. Vehicle entrance at north gate.

When do you pick up your orders?
• All items, can be picked up at the following times:
• Thursday, September 21st 8am-4pm Friday, September 22nd 8am-4pm.
• If you are unable to pick up during these times, please make arrangements with us!!
